Developing the Mindset to Seek that Executive Corner Office

The program will focus on the Determination necessary for success and how to develop the mindset necessary to seek the executive ranks in a major corporation.  

The LatinaVIDA 360 Podcast Series takes a moment to look at the full circle of issues that impact Latina success.  Dr. Hernandez, one of the founders, is producing the series in collaboration with a nonprofit organizational LatinaVIDA. 

The mission of LatinaVIDA's is to inspire the next generation of Latina executives by offering workshops and networking events that offer a roadmap to that corner office in the c-suite.
