Ken DelConte discusses and analysis the following concepts that have been applied and offer them as recommendations to be successful in the highly competitive and ever changing 21st Century entrepreneurial environment.

Ken DelConte first television appearance was in 1953. He received a full scholarship to attended and played football at the University of Southern California (USC). The team became National Champions in 1962. In addition to his studies and playing football he did three plays.  Ken DelConte made a short film on campus that helped him gain speaking roles in multiple western televisions programs. To add to his professional background he performed in multiple theater performances on campus.
 
Ken DelConte has performed in television soap operas (GENERAL HOSPITAL, DAYS OF OUR LIVES, CAPITOL).
 
In 1982,  Ken  DelConte wrote and produced theatrical plays.  He produced and acted in his own feature film: SUNSPLIT. That Feature was followed by: INNOCENCE and DEATH CALLS ON THE MEXICAN BORDER.
