Renee Hahn-Ramos discusses and analysis the following three concepts that have been applied and offer them as recommendations to be successful in the highly competitive and ever changing 21st Century entrepreneurial environment.
 
1. Versatility: I believe one needs to be able to take on many roles within their field to be successful. 
 
2. Adapability: I think it's important for one to be able to adapt to the circumstances around them and be able to carry on with their tasks. 
 
3. Creativity: Creativity is a very desired trait in almost any field. 
 
I have always been interested in the arts-dance, theater, music, arts and crafts. I enjoy the process of creating-taking a thought or idea and making it a tangible piece of art.
