People start out with over excessive amounts of candy on October 31, Thanksgiving parties, get together with family and friends is the central event. Everyone is making their specialty dish.

Christmas is surrounded with celebrations, food, parties, and more food. All types of food is given as gifts.

Then the new year is in and the beat goes on and on and on. MORE PEOPLE ARE HOSPITALIZED FROM HEART ATTACKS, STROKES, AND HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE DURING THIS TIME. IN ADDITION, SOME PEOPLE GAIN BETWEEN 5 TO 15 POUNDS.
