Anthony Hamilton is a professor of communication at Capilano University in Vancouver, Canada. He has recently returned from China, where he lived for four years, teaching, living and traveling. Anthony is also the author of "Mind, Time and Power! -- Using your mind's inner time machine to heal your past, transform your present and create your future." This book describes the results of over thirty years of research into the connection between what we think and feel and what we create for ourselves in our lives. Anthony writes about what he calls the "Mind Time Connection". This is a new model of consciousness based on quantum physics. According to this new model of consciousness, we have access to a whole range of possible realities, using our imagination. Some of these realities exist in what we think of as our past, some in our present and some in our future. According to the "Mind Time Connection" model of consciousness, we are always in constant contact with our past and our future. There is a part of our mind which can travel to the past and change negative past experiences into positive ones. This part of the mind can also travel into the future and sample -- or taste -- a whole range of possible future realities. This enables us to not only transform our lives in the present, but to heal past hurts and wounds and also to choose our ideal future -- so we can step into it -- experiencing it as a physical reality in the hear and now.
