And sometimes, all it takes is a little extra comfort and support to help us relax and drift off into deep and revitalizing sleep. Julie Westervelt is a yoga teacher who noticed her students were more relaxed with the gentle pressure of a blanket on them – in fact, many of them were nodding off at the end of class. So she dug deeper into relaxation and sleep techniques and eventually created a unique pillow that calms the mind and prepares the body for immediate rest.
