One of Silicon Valley's most successful entrepreneurs, Tony Lillios has founded 5 companies of which the largest, Speck, has grown to be the leading international brand in protective cases for mobile phones and devices.

Tony’s companies have made Inc 500's list of fastest growing private companies, ranking as high as #43.  He's been featured in many high profile magazines including Business Week, Inc., Wired, and Fast Company.

As an athlete, Tony has been a triathlete for over 15 years and now competes internationally, racing 3 full Ironmans a year. een fHe enjoys competing in local ultrarunning events and mountaineering throughout the varied landscapes of California’s Sierra Nevada. He is an experienced open water swimmer who trains in the rough waters of the San Francisco Bay and is in the process of planning the first crossing of an undisclosed body of water in 2011.

Tony's travel adventures, business acumen, and quest for meaning and joy in life came together in the production of the documentary, CROSSING BHUTAN.

As the last  Himalayan Buddhist Kingdom, Bhutan is the only country in the world to use Gross National Happiness as its primary yardstick for progress.

Crossing Bhutan documents the grueling 32-day, 485-mile journey made by Tony's 4 person team beyond their breaking point, confronting the challenges inherent in walking what Buddhist's call the Middle Path - embracing the benefits of our fast-paced modern life while still honoring the ancient traditions and values that make Bhutan so unique.
