Are you constantly complaining about wanting something different, someplace different, anything different than what's here and now in the moment?

In living the shift, one of the biggest changes for us to make is to start accepting, enjoying the moment for all that it is. It's shifting away from living in a state of lack - wishing you're in in another place, with someone other than who you're with, in another time - and instead into a state of complete presence and gratitude for what the moment provides you, in EVERY moment.

In this week's episode, we'll talk about how to become conscious of your thoughts and words in the energy of lack, and how to turn that around to a more grateful, more present existence... regardless of where you are on your journey.
