Bethany started out her career as a police officer in Hackney for 7 years and through this discovered the benefits of good nutrition, she went on to study a degree in nutritional medicine. This path lead Bethany to see a gap in the market for a dairy free yoghurt that tasted great and wasn't soya based, enter CO YO, Bethany and her husband Paul launched CO YO in February 2012 and it has gone from strength to strength, now sold throughout the UK, Ireland, Germany and Holland CO YO is becoming a household name for everyone.
