www.healmyvoice.org Andrea Hylen, Founder of Heal My Voice, shares two stories about deceased loved ones. One about the radiating love of her grandmother. One about the adventurous nature of her husband. One of the keys to grief transformation and living a deeper, richer life is to find a deeper meaning for a loss and for change. The death of a loved one, a divorce, the loss of a job or a home, the loss of a friendship or a physical illness in your own body or one that requires care for a loved one. When we take the time to reflect and look for a deeper meaning, we can discover new things about ourselves and about the gifts within the sadness, the anger, the discomfort . To be able to feel it instead of pushing it away. Everything has a gift in joy and sorrow. Sometimes the gift is seen immediately. Other times it takes years. But, there is always a gift. We just have to open our eyes and be willing to see it. Open your heart and let the gift appear.
