I do not recall the name of the book or author of the above statement, but I distinctly remember the rather profound impact on me when I read it, and it has always stayed with me. The actual wording reads like this: “Slow down your mind and see where you are; then slow it down some more and be where you are.” And, as I recall, it went on to say that by following this simple instruction, we pause long enough to allow our Souls to catch up with us.
