How can one adapt in today’s changing job market, especially if they’re a male 40-65.  We’ll explore this topic with Jan Marino, Personal Branding and Career Management Coach and the author of the new book,   “Take Back Your Career.”  The book uses a sports theme to explain how the career game is played today. The book explains the new playing field, new rules, new team, new ways to get into condition and new plays for winning the game. Each chapter contains examples of how to succeed in the career game and each chapter ends with exercises to help the reader put together a personalized game plan. The audience for the book is men (40-65) who have been hit hard by the latest recession and don’t know where to start to look for another job.
