Live from the 303!  

Well, Monday's knocking on the door and with her is a whole bunch of fun at the 8-5 job that I have waiting for me.  It can be a delicate balance trying to maintain this blog, run my radio show(s) and do everything else but it gets done.  I'm not complaining mind you.  If I didn't have all these things to keep my brain humming I'd be very very bored.

Today I took the first of many small steps to put the idea of compromise and cooperation out there.  I was listening to the MyDD.com radio show and decided that I needed to poll and talk to the people on the other side of the fence and have a open and honest conversation about the future of these things called politics and blogs.  I sent a nice email to Jonathan asking him if he was willing to think about it.  We'll see. 

My goal with my political show is to not sow seeds of anger, rage, insults and mud flinging but instead to try and find some way to talk towards bringing the country back together and move away from the mudslinging.  Is it possible?  Perhaps.

My plan is still evolving.  MyDD was a random idea.  Eventually I'd like to somehow through a miracle get to talk to Charles Johnson, Michelle Malkin, Daily Kos boss man Marcos, Firedogs Lake blogger and countless others.  I want to find a way to bridge this divide that seems to haunt both sides.

Is this a possible dream?  Or have I been hitting the expired grape juice too much?  I don't know honestly.  I'll start with Jonathon from MyDD and see where it takes off from there.
