Some choose to press and comb, while others opt for braids and plaits. And still others of those are out there who yearn to display their... 'heritage' with an afro or afro puffs..
Is it fad? Is it fashion?
Let's talk candidly about our hair. Does our hair define us, and if so in what ways? Is it a statement of pride? Of empowerment? Or of ease and natural instincts?
Is natural hair now the new acceptable style by African Americans here in the US? And, fellas, chime in... we want to know... Are, "natural" women the 'new' sexy?
