According to various sources online, I've come across the following;
"New Jersey has proposed changing regulations to require students starting with the class of 2021 to pass tests known as PARCC in English 10 and Algebra I to earn their diploma. But critics say the exams are poor measures of student learning, even as the state touts them as tools to help raise accountability and standards. In the first year results of the PARCC tests that were given last spring to students in grades 3 to 8, less than half of students passed the test in math and reading. Just 36 percent passed English 10 and Algebra I."
"In California, Senate Bill (SB) 172 (Liu), signed by Governor Brown on October 7, 2015, suspends the administration of the California High School Exit Examination (CAHSEE) and the requirement that students completing grade twelve successfully pass the high school exit examination as a condition of receiving a diploma of graduation from high school for the 2015–16, 2016–17, and 2017–18 school years."
It seems as though the system is making it easier for students to culminate from middle school, and to graduate from high school, sending te message that students, those make weak by the system, only have to show up to class to graduate. And a system that goes out of its way to accommodate this lethargic behavior only seems to care that students graduate high school, and the money the student brings into the high school based on average daily attendance. And where are the parents in all of this?
Lets talk about the challenges, and success of today’s education, and come up with tangible solutions.

The problems began when Flint switched its water source from the Great Lakes to the Flint River. For more than a year, lead leached from the pipes because the city failed to add standard anti-corrosion chemicals to the water.
At least 100 children have tested positive for high levels of toxic lead in their blood. There is no known cure for lead poisoning. What went wrong here? Could it happen in your neighborhood? What happens now? Was this as ScientificParent.com contributor and Flint resident, Ontell Babbett describes as "simply a catastrophic failure of leadership or at worst - environmental racism."
Tonight we welcome Babbett to our show as we discuss this entire situation and what the future may hold not only for residents of Flint, Michigan but the rest of the country.

The “Black” Dot (An Ancient African symbol for Blackness. The Black seed of all humanity (Ptah). Archetype of humanity, the hidden doorway to the collective unconsciousness-darkness, the shadow, primeval ocean, chaos, the womb, doorway of life. This Ancient symbol for Blackness was the subject of intense scientific investigation over a period of 300 thousand years by profound Ancient scientist who were themselves Black in consciousness. A long line of highly intelligent scientist studied their own essence, and discovered a hidden doorway to their souls and spirits; a doorway to advanced laws and rhythms that span the universe. They discovered universal laws rooted in the Black seed; feeding every dimension of time & space. These original titans found that all life came from a Black seed, all life was rooted in Blackness, and all things possessed a memory of their collective Ancestors.
