Without question, we are creatures of habit. And let's face it - old habits are hard to break. Even one's that we know aren't good for us. By why is that? I mean, we say we want to take charge of our health, but when the rubber meets the road, it doesn't seem quite so easy.
The truth is we are each unique in our bodies but also unique in our pattern of bad habits and poor lifestyle choices. The things we've been doing, for better or for worse, we've been doing for a long time - and conditioning is hard to break.
Our society has a magic bullet fixation, waiting for the next miracle drug to cure us of every ill. NEWSFLASH - that's not happening any time soon! Luckily, there is an answer... and it's called awareness!! Once you begin to pay attention to the things you do, you can begin to make new, more informed and conscious choices. And, in full support of your desires, your brain will begin to build new neural pathways to reinforce you new, more healthy behavior.
Join me today as I help you to become more aware of why (and why) you may do what you do... and, give you tips on how to start creating some healthy habits for yourself!
