  • Healing of our Planet: The Yoga we share (Arjuna's tale) - Episode #3

    in Health

Trevis Eggan of the Yoga Seva Disaster Relief
Yoga has produced many things for me, physically, mentally and spiritually. Most of it I did not know about till a disaster happened in my life.  What yoga does for me just showed up. And I accert that none of it would have showed up without consistent, persistent practice. So one day I got very seriously rear ended while stopped at a light. The other person in the car (an athletic and in shape  individual) spent the next three months in rehab for your typical whiplash, back and neck injuries. I never even had a single muscle twinge. Not a sore spot. Strong, and elastic. Namaste
----------------- Daniel of the French Yoga International YogaPartout (meaning Yoga Everywhere) shares with you his thought of the moment ------
And oOoPs!  The moment is gone. Next moment and next again.
Theme of this program: The inner battle:  Arjuna is on the battlefield, ready to engage.  Then he thinks: Why bother, why kill my cousins, my brothers.  Help!
Follow Travis and Daniel of YogaPartout every Wednesday of the week in this Bhagavad Gîta tale as they are helping you to discover what life and death is all about.
