The World needs to be convinced that women are GOOD FOR BUSINESS. Despite progress, gender gap lingers at far too may companies.
I ASK, why women still aren't well represented or earning what they are worth in some sectors in the work force. WOMEN STILL DON'T EARN WHAT MEN DO...WHY? On average, women (full-time workers) earn 75 to 81 percent of what males earn. It's a lot better than it was 20 years ago.
Women have gone into 'male jobs,' but men have not gone into 'women's jobs.'
MYTH...women won't be as dedicated as...etc.
More white collar jobs have opened up to women...etc.
Women still don't earn as much as men do...etc.
Women are under represented in Congress...etc.
Create policies that protect...etc.
