    The endless debate goes on and on...GOOD FATS VS BAD FATS-LOW FAT DIETS.  Although eating too much fat can make you gain weight or increase your risk of stroke, cancer or heart disease, not all FATS ARE BAD.  Experts argue that even FATS previously considered bad may help lower cholesterol levels and heart disease but the FAT must be eaten in moderation.  Some FATS are even considered necessary for health, no debate needed.
