littlelight, choosing to share your perception of different stages of this journey encourages kindred spirits on the path. Self-disclosure is a wonderful teacher. To see things helps you move past them and help others as well. Love & Light!

hi little light, why don't you email stephen lewis the question re: the life force? or he has a show thurs. 9 am i think.... ck the time on his site. my feeling is that our physical body, mental has to acclimate to the new energies... we are also receiving so much stimuli. so much we don't yet have the physical/physiological ablility to process, buffer & take in. our body-mind is in an up-leveling & upshifting... we need the new technologies of healng & meditation & MEDITATIVE STATE for healing/balance :-)

Dearest Debbie, Thank you! *hugs* I never thought I'd be meeting so many wonderful souls during this EarthWalk. I started painting just last summer as I had been directed by my angels and told that this would be very good for me. http://faithpaints.blogspot.com --- I try to keep it updated but school is taking much of my time now. I made three new paintings as well but have not posted them on the blog yet. It would be nice to get some pointers! I would very much appreciate it. I now understand that Great Spirit just wanted me to be stronger when I was placed in the ward. Michelle and Dr. Lynne was right for saying I have to express myself and take baby steps. I hope to hear from you again! Perhaps we could exchange mailing address and write? I love to write and read good old fashioned written letters! Bright blessings to you always! Faith

Understanding our filters
I have come to believe that we each see and hear, each other and the world, through our own filters. I think these filters are created by our own life experiences. I had this AH HA moment after the last presidential debate in the US. I listened to the Democrats give their annalists, then the Republicans gave a very different interpretation. At first I was perplexed by the very different descriptions of the very same event. Then realized that we tend to see what we want to see. I then carried this over into other aspects of my life. We each have soar spots or buttons that can be pushed. When the news of politicians or celebrities misusing their power for sex comes to light, I am upset. My life experience with a work place superior chasing me into closets and his relentless pursuit for a year until I changed work locations, comes to mind and I am angry. This was a very uncomfortable year finding ways of say no with out saying no, because he did remind me from time to time that my employment depended on his evaluation of me. This type of misuse of power is personal to me, while my husband's response is “I am sure that happens all the time”, he has much more acceptance of this situation looking through his filter. Someone that married their boss might have a different filter than I do about this topic. I am watching the heated arguments among my fellow citizens regarding health care. It seems that half of my fellow countrymen have one filter on healthcare and half have another. One persons truth is not necessarily another person's truth. We do not live in a black and white world, there are many colors and many shades of gray. We would like to have others believe as we do but this is not always possible. We can not try to force our beliefs on others, only encourage tolerance of different beliefs. We could now discuss the abortion issue or Gay rights to marriage or the issues around bigotry. We EACH have different filters. I believe we must learn to accept each other for who we are and where we are on our path. I try to live with out judging others but this is not easy with our filters. Our filters sometimes trigger an emotional response and when we are acting or reacting based on emotion, this is not usually logical or well thought out. If there are 10 people in a room there are people looking through 10 different colored glasses. This can be very difficult and I believe this is the reason we so welcome finding people that we resonate with, even though we may only resonate on some topics and not on others. We must learn to enjoy the people in our lives accepting them for who they are and for what they bring and learn to walk away from those that bring excessive negativity to us. I am hoping that this new age that is coming will find us ALL cleaning our filters and seeing through one predominant colored pair of glasses, the color of love.
In love and light,

FIGHTING DEPRESSION
I know something about this and want to share what I have learned in an effort to help anyone suffering with this struggle. I have lost years to depression. Life just went askew and I couldn’t figure out how to fix it, not even an inkling of a plan to try to fix it. Unable to see ANY way to move forward, I felt like I was falling down a DEEP DARK well and I didn’t find anything that helped. I was hoping to find something, anything , like a root or a rock in that well, something I could hold on to that would stop my free fall. I somehow knew that I had to reach the bottom before I could even begin to climb out or this dark place. I wish I had know then what I know now. This may sound too simple to be true but PLEASE try it. There is a way to force light into that darkness. Start by making a list of everything that brings you joy. List things from your childhood up to this present day, that have given you joy. Add to your list every time you have a hint of feeling blue. When you can’t think of any thing else, list the things that you think would bring you joy. When this list is finished, share your joy lists with a friend and ask them to make and share their joy list with you. You will be amazed how much better you feel just thinking about joy. Sharing your joy list with others is also uplifting as is hearing about their‘s. When ever possible, go out and do something on your list. Make wonderful memories in this life that you can relive when you need to. If you do this, you can shine so much light into that darkness that the darkness can not live. You will find that you are giving less power to the negatives in your life and living a more joyful life. Happiness is just a state of mind and we must choose it for ourselves by being grateful for the little things and truly appreciating what we have, not spending time or giving energy to what we don’t have or what has gone wrong. You can truly think yourself into becoming a happier person and happier people attract happy people. You can think about this as growing a garden. The things that you water, weed and feed will thrive and grow the things that you neglect and don’t nurture will become ill and die. Go out and tend your garden, nurture all that is good especially joy and love and neglect all that is having a negative effect on you. Try not to give any power to the negative things. You can choose to live life as a victim or become a victor. Life is short, don’t waist a day in darkness. Believe me this joy list works. When you rid yourself of the darkness and keep adding joy to your life, you can become a light house shining your light on others.
Littlelight09 “This little light of mine, I’m gonna let it shine, let it shine, let it shine, let it shine.

I have the mind of a chess player and struggle to live in the moment. I drive myself a little crazy trying to see what is JUST around the corner, hoping to be a good boy scout and be prepared. I found this quote to be very helpful in just trying to deal with what is. I hope you like it also. "I was regretting the past and fearing the future. Suddenly my Lord was speaking: "My name is I am" he paused. I waited. He continued, "When you live in the past with it's mistakes and regrets, it is hard. I am not there. My name is not I WAS.....When you live in the future, with it's problems and fears, it is hard. I am not there. My name is not I WILL BE..... When you live in this moment, it is not hard, I am here. My name is I AM." author Helen Mallicoat Sometimes all we can do is take on one day at a time and sometimes just one step in front of the other, hoping that each step will take us one step farther away from what ever difficult thing we are going through. Sometimes the challenges we are facing seem overwhelming. When this happens try to put yourself in the sandals of the man that built the pyramid, all you really have to do is place one stone at a time. We can all manage that one stone, in this time, on this day. So pick up that rock and put it where you need to and rest, tomorrow is another day. In this moment of this day KNOW that I AM is there.
