What Did We Learn -- Unhealthy Relationships Wrap UP!

So what did we learn today about "unhealthy relationships"

    People need to:
    be accountable
    know themselves
be honest about what works and don't
do not put unnecessary stress on another person
    be HONEST!
    be truthful to self
do not bring bags and bags of bad vibes, unrealistic expectations, etc.

    People should:
    be real
    be honest
go back to courting each other
    being friends FIRST!
ladies, don't give up the booty so quickly
    Understand themselves
INVEST in emotional, physical and spirituality of their own selves

    Understand that:
it's not the other person's fault all the time
    relationships have a shelf life
if you started off in an unhealthy way, the relationship may end the same way
everyone doesn't know what you feel if you don't say it, stop living in your heads

    Ladies:
Talk to the man about your needs and concerns; be willing to work hard in the relationship, don't make the man -- at fault...you can leave the relationship anytime, stop waiting for him to end it.

    Men:
Don't be afraid to be honest, real; don't be mad if she doesn't give up the booty soon; understand that she may have weaknesses, don't always try to use them against her or be a player. If you really care about her, show her. If you feel it's time to end the relationship, talk about it. Understand that it is not always going to be easy to end.

    Lastly,
enjoy your relationship; even if it ends, at least find one positive part of it. You did find some enjoyment from that partnership, for however short or long it was.

Take the learned lessons into your next relationship: but don't bring the baggage (if you can).

    Pam Osbey
