Several members of the Randolph Senior Center's weekly fitness class will comment on their current health status, how fitness has affected their lives, and offer any anticdotes they may have from their lifestyle growing up. Possible areas of coverage: nutrition, daily exercise, and the Power of Prayer and Positive Thinking, plus differences in health from the 1930's and 1940's. Other members from the senior community are encouraged to join the discussion, as well as all callers-in and listeners.
