In this on going teaching series we are cultvating our happiness from within! "there is no way to happiness-happiness is the way" was said by the wise ones.
Once we recognize that happiness is an inside job and that we must create and cultivate it from within we move toward True deep contentment with LIFE, as it is.
We are no longer waiting for the perfect moment to be happy. Happy is here now no matter what is happening. Not when we are the perfect weight, have the perfect mate, are in the perfect job and no longer a slob!! It IS possible and I want to welcome you to "The Way of Happiness.
