Dear Everyone,
I would like to share with you one of my favourite meditations I do. In it you meet your Guardian Angel and can ask their name. It is very relaxing and I usually have some music playing in the background but not always.
Ask your Guardian Angel to enfold you in their wings of Love when you start to read it.

Picture a beautiful green grassy area. The sun is shinning and the sky is blue. The air is warm with a gentle breeze which gently caresses your face like an angels touch. As you walk on the soft lush grass you find yourself walking alongside a river bank. The water is clear and sparkling like diamonds as the sun skips on the surface of the river which gently meanders downstream. Wild flowers are blossoming colourfully and birds are happily singing in the surrounding bushes and trees. As you walk along the river you come to a group of trees full of pink blossom and you delight in walking under them. Their scent is very soothing. You feel content in this peaceful place.
In the center of the trees is a large old Oak tree. It is cooling under the trees and you rest your hand on the bark of the Oak tree. A doorway opens and you step inside as you marvel at the special house inside the tree.
You enter into a spacious living room. It has a country cottage look. A few armchairs in cream floral fabric and an old fashioned dresser filled with a beautiful dinner service are on your left. To your right is a stairway made from the inside of the tree. On the walls are beautiful countryside pictures. In front of you is a large wooden table and chairs. The chairs have seat pads in the pretty floral fabric which matches the armchairs. In the background you can see a kitchen through an arched doorway. Crystal lamps light the room in a pink and blue glow. It feels very homely and welcoming here.
You pick a chair and sit down wandering who would live here, as you think this thought an Angel appears by the kitchen with a big smile on his face and says "Hello, it's nice of you to visit would you like a drink?" and you are filled with a warm loving feeling. ArchAngel Chamuel hands you your favourite drink and you smile as you say thank you. Your drink is refreshing and you notice someone else comes into the room and sits next to you. You chat to them and feel like you have known them for years smiling and talking happily. It is your Guardian Angel and you ask them their name.
After a while your Guardian Angel invites you out into the garden at the back of the kitchen and once again you are out in the pink blossoming trees. There are rope swings, a slide and a climbing frame and you can hear the sound of children laughing. A ball bounces towards you and you kick it back. A child runs up to you and takes your hand and asks you if you want to play. The child looks so joyful you can't say no and join the children in their games. Angels join in and you have a fun filled afternoon. A beautiful voice calls out for the children to come in for tea and two children take your hands and take you into the kitchen. Mother Mary stands before you helping the children to wash their hands and you join her, lifting the little ones up to the sink to help then drying there hands for them. Mother Mary smiles at you as you both watch the children scramble for a seat at the table. White tablecloths adorn the table and balloons are tied to the chairs. All the children's favourite food is on the table and they sit quietly whilst you, Mother Mary and the Guardian Angels join them.
Excitedly they tell you a special guest is coming to tea and they wish they would hurry up as they want to start eating.
The front door opens and in walks Jesus with a big smile for everyone. In his hand he has a red rose for you and a small pouch which he hands to you. Excitedly the children tell you to open it and inside you find an amethyst crystal and a heart shaped rose quartz crystal. As you hold the rose quartz you feel your heart fill with love and joy. Peacefulness washes over you and a child says grace before everyone tucks in to feast on the table.
Jesus has sat besides you and says. "It's lovely you have come here today. Please come anytime. You are always welcome." He chats with you as you eat. When the meal is finished Jesus nods to ArchAngel Rapheal who gives each of the children a present wrapped in gold paper. In side each of the prettily wrapped gifts is a toy. The children are delighted and run up to Jesus and give him a hug and a thank you kiss on the cheek.
"Right who's for a song! " he shouts and the everyone cheers.
ArchAngel Raziel has set up his rainbow light show. Little Katie plays the flute and young Peter the piano. ArchAngel Israfel plays his keyboard and ArchAngel Jophiel plays the saxophone.
Things really get moving when ArchAngel Zadkiel gets on the drums whilst ArchAngel Uriel joins Peter on the piano. Tia and Josephine sing and as a jolly song is started everyone has a dance. You have a wonderful time dancing with ArchAngel's Gabriel and Michael. Too soon it is time for the children to go to bed.You hug all the children as they go off to bed. You can't help but hug all the Angels too, who grin and say God Bless You. The bestest hug is from Jesus as you say goodbye.
ArchAngel Micheal walks you home, placing his blue cloak around you to protect you and keep you warm. As you walk back through the pink blossoming trees, along the river path the stars are now shining brightly in the sky. You see a shooting star and ArchAngel Michael tells you to make a wish.
ArchAngel Micheal takes you back to your chair you are sitting on and you wriggle your fingers and toes, stamp your feet and shake your hands.
Be at peace as you are back in the place where you first went for your walk. Shake you arms and legs again to ground yourself fully.
