On this show, Marie Lazzara interviews people from the business and nonprofit sectors as well as others who involve themselves in unique contributions to their communities.

Marie and guest co-host Laura Warren from Clearbook will interview Annette Sommer, Program Director, Membership Services from HandsOn Suburban Chicago in Arlington Heights. She will talk about how homeowners and volunteers can get involved in the 26th annual Community Paint-a-Thon.

We will also welcome James Perdue EdD, who is the owner of Persevere Past your Paralysis and the author of “One More Play.” After becoming a quadriplegic at 19 from a football game, he became a successful educator, coach and now a motivational and inspirational speaker.
