On this show, Marie interviews people from the business and nonprofit sectors as well as others who involve themselves in unique contributions to their communities.

Join Marie as she interviews Mark Moravits, director of partnerships and global initiatives of generationOn.

As the youth division of Points of Light Institute, generationOn has brought the nation's leading youth service organizations and programs under one umbrella including New York-based Children for Children, The League, Learning to Give, Points of Light Institute's Kids Care Clubs, HandsOn Schools, and HandsOn Network's youth-driven programs. By partnering with teachers, parents, schools, community organizations and businesses, generationOn gives kids opportunities to see issues in their communities along with the tools and resources to find solutions.

Marie will also interview Barrington High School junior Jake Herb, the founder and student president of Go Beyond Barrington.

Led by students, Go Beyond Barrington is a nonprofit community outreach organization that is closely tied to Barrington High School. The 12 high school students who run the organization have made it their mission to empower communities in need around the world.
