Mike Boehler and Michele Rempel interviewed Philip Gafka of LEAP Associates.  Prior to founding LEAP Associates, Inc. in 2008, Phil spent 31 years in the kitchen and bath industry. He was the President/CEO of two high-end residential appliance distributors in the Midwest; additionally he was the Executive VP of a group of companies encompassing an ultra high-end kitchen studio, an architectural millwork shop and custom furniture manufacturer.
