People are funny. We want to feel good. We don't want to feel bad. So when we start to feel bad we sometimes resort to covering up or distracting ourselves away from those feelings. We do this in a number of ways-- food, drugs, alcohol, sex, shopping, wroking too much...
When we address our needs with a substance or behavior, we are missing out on really discovering what is going on underneath. In this episode, I am going to give you my "cravings" patter that I use to help clients identify what is REALLY going on and to find another way to address their needs.
