Today on "Like a Butterfly" The Hartung Family shares their story... Neuroblastoma is a rare cancer of the sympathetic nervous system, a nerve network that carries messages from the brain throughout the body. Each year there are about 650 new cases in the United States. The Sarah Smith Neuroblastoma Foundation was started by Gretchen Woody in honor of a brave girl named Sarah Smith who battled this horrible disease and won. So far, she has remained in remission for two years. We hope to bring awareness to this disease and donate to research, but most of all, we hope to help support families, be it financially or emotionally, as they deal with the fight of their life. Come and hear these amazing stories; some that will break your heart and some that will make you smile. Find out how you can help at www.ssnbf.com.
