A casting director, an agent and an actor call in to a radio show........

Sounds like the start of a joke, but it will be a reality July 17th on the next "Lights, Camera...ACTOR" when we'll be talking Casting Director workshops.  If you're an actor in Los Angeles, you've heard about them.  You've also probably spent a pretty penny attending them.  But are they really worth the investment?

Now's your chance to weigh in on your experience with Casting Director workshops.  Or if you've never been to one, find out if a CD Workshop is what you need to push your acting career to the next level.

I'm excited to be welcoming guests, Zina Fernandez, Charlita Gaston, and Randy Pennington to the show.

RANDY PENNINGTON started his casting career with E! Networks & Style Network where he cast host and comedians for various shows on the Networks. After working there for almost 4 years, he moved into the freelance world where he worked for Magical Elves. He had the oppurtunity to cast "Top Chef" Texas. Currently, he is working for Asylum Entertainment as a Casting Producer.

CHARLIE RAINER GASTON is a noted actress, film producer, and screenwriter.  Ms. Gaston has worked in a principal role in a number of network national commercials and can currently be seen in major television, radio, and Internet ads for California Psychics, Spotify, and Mundo Fox.  In June 2012, Ms. Gaston wrapped filming on a new 3-D anthology series that will air on Discovery 3Net in the fall.
