With over 100lbs to lose, I want to do a daily show detailing what I am doing to change my body. But it's not just about eating the right foods and working out, I am also changing the way I think, letting go of years of hurt and taking better care of myself. Each show is 15 minutes in length. Airs: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
