    There is an spiritual and soul consciousness awakening taking place at the present both subtle and profound. There is a great opportunity for the advancement and evolution of the human expression and that's the good news. The bad news is that because of our "open architecture" design, there are those who have been able to exploit the human potential in a myriad of ways with some sinister motivations for quite a while. There seems to be an energy form present that for whatever insane and out of balanced reason would want to keep all asleeep. He is a devoted family man, a young gifted and talented professional musician and an emerging independant film maker. But there is something else about Lenon you may miss at first glance.     Good Health Is Common Sense: Interview with Tim Morrow

    Who is Tim Morrow? Besides being the Founder of The University of Common Sense and Tomorrow Inc., A health and wellness information center in the Los Angeles area you could possibly call Tim a modern day renaissance man. This 75 year "young" man with the body of a 30 something year old is a certified Iridologist and Herbalist and has been been changing the lives of his clients and students for well over 32 years. He himself being a living testiment to the power and control one has over their own personal health Tim advises and counsels people on the way herbs heal the body and does so in a way that is just "good ole common sense", he really does. He cured himself of a serious and life threatening health challenge when he was 43 and thru that experience he started a journey and is still going strong today. "I fired my doctors after working with them for 5 years because they were talking to me as though I wasnt even in the room and it was my life they were supposed to be trying to save. I figured if I was going to die I might as well do it on my own terms..." Fortunately for us Tim didn't leave us and as a result of a decision he made over 30 years ago, he saved his own life and has since helped people to make their own life saving, life changing choices about their own well being. He has helped everyday people of all ages from all walks of life as well as some notable celebrities get back on the path to longevity and good health and as evident by his own appearance has turned back the clock on aging. "Growing old doesn't make you sick, it's getting sick that makes you grow old" is one of his favorite quotes, this coming from a man who you might find flying his helicopter or out rollerskating in the early hours of dawn before most people have gotten out of bed. Those of U that were there, you know what I mean...those of you who don't... ya'll better ask somebody. It was all good and all about good music and fun in the sun...we're talking about the 60's, 70's and the 80's when the music and the vibe was funky and as they used to say everything was "on the one" babee!. Well we gonna take you back in time so free your mind and get your ears ready for some ear candy. The best of old school R&B like we use to do, and sometime we might even throw in a little of that old school jazz and down home blues. You can't go back in time but you can still enjoy the sounds of the "Saturday morning car wash" old school r&b show along with the history of the music as well as some surprise guests who made the music that we "grownfolks remember so well.
