Random Item #1....

Okay, so I'm watching the local Cleveland news, Channel 19 right now and they just announced that Lebron James will appear on 60 Minutes, this Sunday, March 29 at 7:00pm, EST. That's pretty cool for Lebron and for Cleveland because he's putting Cleveland back on the map, so don't miss it.


Random Item #2....

So, I just heard that T.I. was performing at, get this, a Bar Mitzfah (sp??) this past weekend and two grown men started fighting (two White dudes for a change were fighting at a function where a rapper was performing, go figure!) But that's not what is fascinating to me. What I'm trippin on is the fact that someone's parents had enough money to pay for T.I. to perform at their child's Bar Mitzfah(sp?). That's a baller for you.

And, Random Item #3

Suddenly pork is popular again. LOL. Since we are in a recession, folks are being forced to eat on the cheap and suddenly parts of the pig that we were told was bad for us, is not a new delicacy, the new cuisine that everyone is raving about. Now, is it me, or when slaves had to eat all of the leftover parts of the pig on the plantation because The Master kept all of the prime cuts of pork for his family, it wasn't considered a delicacy, it was considered survival. I've heard two separate stories about this topic today and I find it hilarious (as I sit back nibbling on my bag of pork rinds). LOL
