BIOGRAPHIES: Jeff Cavendish MD, FSCAI, FACC, is the lead interventional cardiologist for Kaiser Permanente San Diego and the director of the cardiac catheterization laboratory at the Scripps Prebys Cardiovascular Institute in La Jolla, California. He is an active member of the American College of Cardiology. Donnette Lovell Smith was born in Athens, Alabama and moved to Huntsville, Alabama after her marriage to Tom in October 1980.
