My guest May 2 is Entrepreneur David Herman. David has founded 6 companies in his 20-year careeras in the media/advertising, Internet, technology and mobile industries.  He is currently President of  David Herman Enterprises. David was the founder and CEO of Juice Wireless;  the first  mobile marketing agency.  David led the company day-to-day, raised financing from a number of private equity and strategic equity partners including 21 Ventures and Qualcomm Ventures, developed and managed its senior management team and was the company’s primary dealmaker. 
 
David was EVP of the London-based Network of the World (NOW).   NOW was PCCW’s global internet, mobile, l television and broadband service. David worked on the 18-month rollout in Asia over AsiaSat.  Prior to NOW, David was the founder and CEO  of the Hollywood Stock Exchange (HSX.com). David wrote the company’s first business and strategic plan, built its executive management team and raised over $35M.  At the point when the company was set to go public David sold HSX to bond trading leader Cantor Fitzgerald in July 2000.  Prior to HSX, David founded Origami Media and Entertainment.  Origami first consulted to Prodigy, Compuserv and AOL’s Greenhouse Project to find talent and creative concepts for their nascent online networks.   David sold Origami’s portfolio to AOL in 1997. 
 
While in law school, David founded, built and sold AnnaXannA Entertainment, an independent video production company.  He sold the company to Polygram Entertainment just prior to graduating from law school.  In addition to his own companies David has advised over twenty other start-up internet companies in an advisory and board level capacity.
