Bullying can be like an earthquake… a BIG shake(s) and many lingering aftershocks or a constant shake to your system. One out of 3 people will experience some form of bullying in their lifetime. On today’s episode, we explore how bullying and its aftershocks affect you and those you love. We will explore how the ripples can be felt by you and your family for weeks, months, years and generations to come.

Our first guest Denny Stockdale, creator of the Abuse Recovery Map™, will talk about the emotional scars and negative impact which result from bullying and abuse. He’ll share how to break free from emotional holds and courageously press forward to create the life that you want by communicating with clarity, developing strong boundaries, understanding emotional triggers, and learning to detach.

Then, Charmaine Hammond and Toby, a 2-year-old Chesapeake Bay Retriever the Ambassadog for Team Toby’s 2014 anti-bullying initiative, will inspire you to PAWsitively improve your life and the lives of those around you.

Charmaine and Toby teach the message of kindness, acceptance and respect through anti-bullying presentations to schools and organizations plus books, products and philanthropy efforts.

Today’s show gives a fresh perspective about bullying and how to not let it stop you!  Listen in and learn how to propel yourself forward to a wonderful life you deserve!
