Are all college degrees the same? PWIs vs HBCU Educations

This week there was a woman who tweeted "A 4.0 at a HBCU is not equivalent to a 4.0 at a rigorous PWI. No shade being thrown, but that's the truth." Obviously alumnus of HBCUs have been bothered with this all week. It has sparked a debate that is somewhat perpetual. 

Now one of the most persistant issues in the black community is perception of self worth. That is at the root of this debate. Is it assumed that HBCUs are inferior by the masses? But what about Morehouse, Spelman, Xavier, FAMU, Hampton, Norfolk State and others who are putting out stellar professionals annually? We'll dig into this subject today on #LFCRadio!
