This week on #LFCRadio we will be talking about Black Female Doctors and the challenges and rewards of choosing that career path.
 
Succeeding in the world of medicine has its challenges. Not only do you have to excel in the maths and sciences, go through years of schooling and residency work, but there is also the cost of achieving the distinction of being someone who practices medicine. There are financial, cultural and familial challenges that seem to cause a lot of black women to bypass that vocation to pursue paths in other fields, but then there are the success stories.
