"Undivided" is a program that focuses on breaking down the societal barriers of race, gender, age, culture, ethnicity, religion, or political views which serve to keep us apart. It focuses on the concepts of unity, harmony, peace, and love for each other. The program uses examples from current events, societal constructs, social justice issues, and health issues to demonstrate the importance of peace, harmony, love, and unity.

The episode will focus on Forgiveness Over Resentment and will examine the empowering force that is accessible within the human condition when we choose to forgive rather than harbor resentment. However, in the effort to remain balanced on the program we will examine the powerful emotion that is resentment and what type of consequences it can have for the individual, the family unit, and society collectively.

My special guest co-host is Tracey Leacock for this episode. Tracey is a Certified Professional Coach and ELI-MP. Tracey will share concrete methods to deal with and neutralize the disempowering force of resentment and discuss strategies to rise above and shift to the healing energy found in forgiveness.Tracey Leacock is a well known personal and professional relationship specialist.  Her clients achieve remarkable results that set them apart and give them a leading advantage.  She practices proven methods that are efficient and sustainable for successful relationships.
