Beth Huebner is a Learning and Development Manager in the Leadership and Team Intelligence (LTI) organization at Cisco Systems.  Her desire to help others identify their own strengths and apply them to meaningful work has led her to the Career Counseling and Executive Coaching profession. At Cisco, she has provided virtual and in-person coaching to over 500 Cisco employees across the globe.
