He has experience in corporations, Fitness Facilities, Yoga Studios, Chiropractic offices and schools as well.
In my business I focus three distinct areas. I focus on physical fitness and conditioning through Personal Training, Yoga, Pilates as well as Meal planning. I cover healing and physical recovery through Massage Therapy and Energy Therapy and cover Stress management and mental, emotional balance through Meditation, Clinical Hypnotherapy
