Nita Blum has known the art of yoga & healing since her early childhood years. Born into a family of holistic healers and spiritual teachers Nita has seen the first hand benefits of living a holistic life. Her passion to help others find physical healing and create a healthy lifestyle has led her to learn from some of the top teachers in the world. Along with certifications in Yoga Therapy and Vinyasa Flow, Nita holds certifications in children' yoga, reiki and astrology. She currently is involved with Urban Zen Therapy as a integrative therapist which encompasses the healing arts of aromatherapy, restorative yoga, aromatherapy and contemplative care and will be hosting restorative holistic & healing retreats in 2014 across the country.
