The holidays are a time for celebration, family, joy, sharing, reflection, and worship. But this festive season for many of us can also be stressful and exhausting, or lonely and depressing. It may be a heavy time, rather than a happy one.

Giving AND receiving are a major part of this time of year, so isn’t it a perfect time to give yourself a present? Self-care is a precious gift just for you and you deserve it. If you are feeling the need for comfort, peace, rest from work and worry, then listen in on this talk with Life Coach Laura Moliter and special guest Shane Hennesey, the one and only Stress Ninja!

Shane Hennesey is the creator and driving force behind Rising Tides Life Coaching where you get the best in compassionate coaching. Shane’s intention is to help people find clarity and alignment allowing their life to flow with more ease and grace than before. Building peace in a sea of stress can feel challenging. Shane works to transform one’s internal adversaries into allies.

Shane has 12 years experience as a psychotherapist helping people with life transitions, addictions, identity clarification, trauma resolution and chronic illness. During that time, he came to realize that most people do better when treated as whole rather than broken. That was when he began making the change from counselor to coach.

Laura Moliter is the founder of Poetic and Powerful Living which specializes in Spiritual Awareness and Life Purpose Coaching. Before beginning her coaching practice, Laura spent more than 15 years helping individuals find freedom, health, and direction in their lives through prayer-based spiritual healing.

Laura is the author of a spiritual guide book and has published numerous articles in periodicals and on blogs including the Huffington Post. Laura is also a singer-songwriter in her original folk-rock band, Rare Birds in Flight.
