Alexander Jr.  An executive manager & 20+ years military veteran with comprehensive knowledge & experience in providing solutions for private, federal, & military organizations seeking to increase efficiency & improve performance.  Joe has led diverse teams of 150+ consultants to achieve corporations’ business goals in areas of revenue growth, profitability and strategic operations.  He supervised consultants who supported multiple federal agencies in acquisition support, competitive & strategic sourcing, workforce analysis and operational assessment.  At Department of Defense, Joe served as the liaison to Congress, Office of Management & Budget, General Accounting Office, and the private sector in areas including security, competitive sourcing, and base closures.  As a commissioned Army officer, Joe commanded units with up to 500 personnel, responsible for training and development of operational & tactical plans.  He authored Army wide policy, budget procedures, and coordinated the DoD law enforcement support to civilian agencies.
