Do you procrastinate? Overeat? Smoke? Self Defeat?  Have a cup of Clarity with Zhena as she welcomes Brennan Smith, holistic practitioner of hypnosis as he shares how to break the sub conscious, self defeating behaviors we have once and for all!

Los Angeles hypnotherapist Brennan Smith has always been fascinated by the brain, and has a degree in Cellular Biology with an emphasis in Neurophysiology. When Brennan stumbled onto this career they call Hypnotherapy (being from Kansas, he didn't really know there was such a thing) it was a great fit.

Through a years-long study of subconscious behavior patterns, Brennan came to the realization that he hopes every single one of his clients has: none of us is broken. We're 100% perfect, and 100% worthy of having the lives we want to have. We're batting 1000, folks!

How can that be?! It can be, because it is. Think about it this way: if you had lived through any other experiences than the ones you've had, or responded to any previous experiences differently than you did, then you wouldn't be who you are, which means that you've responded 100% correctly on the path to becoming who you are. Now, if you're experiencing something that just doesn't match with what you want to your life to look & feel like, that's understandable. But start responding differently right now, and you'll be just as 100% correct in creating a different life.

What can you get out of this? Well, as Brennan learned those behavior patterns mentioned above, he stopped getting in his own way. He started reaching his goals, and completing tasks efficiently, and owning his own power. Then there were the behavior patterns that govern relationships, through which he found deep connection with his partner, Katie. Then there was that phobia of spiders . . . gone!
