Monique Ruffin is the special guest rejoining Life Coach Ade

Monique has dedicated her life to living and teaching that we will change the world with a spiritual approach to all of life’s experiences. Life has given her many opportunities for growth with drug-addicted parents who were often imprisoned. She was raised in Los Angeles by her grandmother. It was her grandmother’s life-saving love and guidance that serves her activism’s foundation and inspiration. It also prepared her for her own motherhood story.

Join Monique Ruffin and Life Coach Ade for a touching story about making the right choice and learning how to love what is!

Monique Ruffin is an author, activist, life coach, and mother.  She received her BA in political science from Howard University and a master’s degree in spiritual psychology from the University of Santa Monica. She is a contributing writer for the Huffington Post and her latest book is  Open Your American Heart: From Personal Responsibility to Collective Accountability.
