Don Allen on His Run to Chair the Minnesota GOP

Self-described as "controversial" and editor of a blog called "USA Radical Black," Minneapolis based activist Donald Allen has announced his campaign for chair of the Republican Party of Minnesota. He says it's time for the MNGOP to take a new direction, reform its image, and appeal to minorities. We consider his criticism of the status quo and explore whether "controversial" can raise money and win elections.
