"Collateral Murder" video on the Internet and the statist mainstream media's response to it, the return of the Catholic Church sex abuse controversy, and Catholic League President Bill Donahue on Larry King Live defending the Pope and stating that gays are linked to post-pubescents and not are not pedophiles.

Todd, Jim, and the panelists interviewed Savannah Last Biscuit's Momma Ally for 57 minutes from 11:15 p.m. EST to 12:12 a.m. EST about her underground restaurant and its origins, her refusal to get a business license and agree to incorporate her enterprise, the state's incessant push to close down her business, and updates on her dealings with the state.
