For many of us, foreclosure is still a real risk. We have not seen the benefits of this so called recovering economy and instead, have actually seen our personal financials get worse. Our neighbors are facing financial hardships like; job loss, income curtailment, divorce, loss of unemployment benefits and in the most tragic situations, the death of a beloved bread winner. Any one of these situations would be hard enough to recover from but, for some families, these hardships are only the first blow of a barrage of negative contributing factors that end up with families on the streets. When you have no job, no source of income, benefits are exhausted, eviction date it on just around the corner, what do you do?
