Trans Man is a writer, editor, and photographer whose fiction and nonfiction have appeared in Tampa Review, Bright Lights Film Journal, Cineaste, The Popcorn Farm, and Gloom Cupboard. While he addresses a variety of topics in his writing, his blog, The Adventures of Transman, focuses on his experiences changing genders.

Trans Man writes on his blog: "I was issued the wrong birthday suit and it’s really difficult to get an exchange once you leave the birth canal. However, I decided at the age of 40 that it was time to be myself. Transitioning at this age has advantages: I have an education and am gainfully employed.

Frankly, there are some really funny moments when one switches sexes."
