Kirk Wilke is the founder of the political movement Americans for Transparent Representation. This is a totally non partisan movement that aims to correct major problems in our government, namely congress. Our congress has a 10% approval rating and with good reason. They can't or won't compromise and therefore are in deadlock, obstructing the peoples and the POPTUS work. We believe that it is because "big money" has corrupted our government. Our main goal is to stop this by demanding for Campaign finance reform and a 28th amendment over turning Citizens United. We have many other goals, but this is the primary purpose of our movement. There is a lot of talk around the nation of the symptoms of the problem, but we are going after the disease itself. Unlike other movements, we feel we are unique in that we are going to apply leverage. We march on Washington on August 16, 2014, just before the mid term elections. If by that time if congress fails to act on the peoples demands, we will be asking the people to vote out all incumbents. No one has got the congresses attention yet and we feel the only way to do it is to hand them their pink Slips.
